On 22 November 2006, at the office of P.M. Group JSC,
a Constituent Assembly of the Family Business Network-Bulgaria was held, where the constitutors - Petar Mandjoukov, Ivailo Mandjoukov, Daneta Jeleva, Dinko Dinev, Hristo Iliev, Yuliyan Indjov, Kiro Kirov and Ivan Kirov – were present. The constituting of the Association of Family Business-Bulgaria was unanimously voted and Petar Mandjoukov was appointed a Chairman of the Association. Petar Mandjoukov, Ivailo Mandjoukov, Daneta Jeleva, Dinko Dinev, Hristo Iliev, Yuliyan Indjov and Ivan Kirov are members of the Board of Managers.
On 12 February 2007 – The public presentation of
the Association of Family Business-Bulgaria took place at a press conference at Grand Hotel Sofia where journalists from leading Medias were present. Among the honoured guests, representatives of FBN International and participants in the conference were Olivier de Richoufftz – the Executive Director of FBN International; Thiery Lombard – a member of the Board of Directors of FBN International and an owner of a family business in the field of private banking, existing since 1976; Denise Kenyon-Rouvine, the author of the presented at the conference book Continuity in the Family Company, a member of FBN International, a constitutor and a former President of FBN-Switzerland; Petar Mandjoukov – the Chairman of BM of the Association of Family Business-Bulgaria; Hristo Iliev – a constitutor and member of FBN Bulgaria; Jeneviv Quilly – Lombard’s assistant on FBN issues and Arno Leclerc.

A meeting of the European organization - European Group of Family Enterprises (GEEF) - in Wurzburg (Germany) with representatives of the European Commission and the Vice President of the Commission and the commissioner on economic issues Gunter Ferhoigen and the German Federal Minister of Economy – Michael Gloss.

8/9/10 June 2007 – a meeting of Association Of The Family Business - Bulgaria
in the town of Sveti Vlas. Following their initiative, Mr. Dinko Dinev’s - a constitutor and a member of BM of FBN-Bulgaria - and Petar Mandjoukov’s - a Chairman, constitutor and member of BM of FBN-Bulgaria - have organized a meeting of the Association members in Marina Palace Hotel, located at the yacht port of Marina Dinevs, in the town of Sveti Vlas. During this event, a meeting of the BM and a General meeting were held, leading to the nomination of six new full-right members of the Association Of The Family Business - Bulgaria.
